COURT OF APPEAL.
By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, last night. The Court of Appeal this afternoon reserved its decision on the preliminary point raised in the case Mere Roihi and others v. the Assets Company, Limited, and adjourned hearing in all cases against the Assets Company to Monday next. In the meantime the Court adjourned all other business until Friday next, when the case ex parte, Kauri Timber Company will be heard, and judgment on the preliminary point in the case of Mere Roihi and Assets Company will be delivered, if possible,
