BAND ROTUNDA SITE.

Sir, —In regard to your remarks re a sito for a Band Rotunda, I would liko to point out that there is one place which you have omitted as being a suitable position, and that is the river bank at the end of Lowe street, where Mr Matthews’ office now stands. A Band Rotunda erected there would be in view from Gladstone Road and from the southern end of Lowe street. A more central position could not be found,—l am, eto., Banpsman,
