ESTIMATES REVISED,
By Telegraph—Pres3 Association—Copyright London, June 11. Sir Michael Hieks-Beach has revised the Estimates. He has put the expenditure at one hundred and seventy-six million pounds, and the revenue at one hundred and’fifty-two million. The deficit will be mat by a consols’ loan, leaving a surplus of six millions.
