The War Office is forwarding through tho Agoncies-General tender-forms for three years' supplies from October, 1902, of frozen moat for Gibraltar. The average is to bo ton thousand pounds of beef and fivo thousand pounds of mutton weekly. Tenders aro to bo opened on August 18th. A reserve of 195,000) bs of meat is to bo kept at Gibraltar.
