Lieutenant Henry Richardson (Wellington) has been promoted to Captain of the South Island Regiment of tho Ninth Contingent. L. A. Ditely (Akaroa), R. Hardio (Christchurch) are both .veil and with their regiment, tho Seventh Contingent; F. Onyon (Wellington) has sufficiently recovered from enteric to leave by the Aurania.
