A forecast of the Governor’s speech shows that Bills are promised for dealing with the women’s franchise, authorising remission of the Greater Sydney scheme to a referendum, to submit the reduction of members on a basis of ninety-four representatives to a referendum, extension of the powers of the Board of Health as a result of the recrudescence of the plague. Gratification is expressed at the increase of revenue. Tho session will be largely devoted to domestic legislation,
