SYDNEY ZOO DECIMATED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, May 22. An official report from the Zoo shows that 38 animals have died. Large numbers of plague rats were found dead under the floors and cages. A highly insanitary condition of affairs existed in the Gardens. One case of plague was reported to-day.
