A RACE.
By Telegraph—Press Association. Grevmouth, last night. A race hetween Sherlock, of Westport, and Lord, of Ureymuuib, for aJiG and the gate money, over a distance of 440 yards, was run to-day. It was raining heavily, and the ground was in a soft condition. Lord won by 20 yards in olsec. A large crowd witnessed the contest. There was much betting.
