London, May 17.’ The Prince of Wales opened the King's Colonial Drill Hall. He congratulated the regiment on its efficiency, and he was, he said, proud of his honorary colonelcy therein. He was glad to see the AgentsGeneral and other promoters present. Ha added: “We young regiments have to make our own name, prestige, and espirit de corps. We are fortunate to have the sympathy of the Motherland and the colonies. I am sure all will do their utmost to make the regiment worth its unique position.”
