Drainage Engineer.
[By Telegraph—Press Association.] Dunedin, last night. The Drainage Board has received a cable from C. Xussmaul, of Melbourne, who had been appointed drainage engineer, stating that owing to illhealth he was unable to accept the position. Tne Board met to-day to select the name of another applicant, but eventually deferred the final decision till next meeting
