MORE TAXATION. By Telegraph— Press Association—Copyright London, April 14. In the House of Commons, in delivering his Imperial Budget, Sir Michael Hicks-Beach said he hoped a happy result would ensue from the pence negotiations. It was proposed to impose an additional penny income tax, and increased stamp and bill duties. There would be a large loan, and a small duty on imported Hour and corn.
