By Telegraph—Press Association. Palmerston North, last night Particulars of the A. and P. Association’s balance-sheet, just issued, show that the receipts last year amounted to £3626 15s 2d, and expenditure to £2473 14s ; surplus on the year, £1153 2s. Of this amount £9OO was paid off loan account, which now stands at £225 1 Its 6d, and T 241 was spent cn improvements. The assets are valued at £8143, and the liabilities at £3225. The net profit on the November show was £762. The value of the prize money and trophies was £9BO. Members’ suhscriptions amounted to £934. Gate money and stands produced £1125. The number of persons who paid for admission to the show was 1874, exclusive of members, officials, exhibitors, and attendants.
