Indignation is increasing in the central and southern provinces of China, on account of the demand that they pay the largest share of the indemnity. The rebels have captured Hengchof, Kwangsi, and Pingyuan. Two German warships have proceeded to Ningpoff to prevent an attack upon the Catholic Mission.
