By Telegraph—Pres3 Association. Palmerston North, last night. Owing to the crowded state of the hospital, the Board to-day decided to add another ward to the present building to accommodate six beds. The work will be proceeded with as soon as plans are approved bv the Inspector-General, and will cost £2OO.
