CORONATION CONTINGENT.
Five young Maoris from the North of Auckland, who are applicants for places in the Coronation Contingent, left this evening for Wellington. Several other natives will leave to-morrow. FOUND DROWNED.
Geo. Booker, a bushmah, was drowned in the Waiotu creek near Whangarei yesterday afternoon when rafting timber, The body has not been recovered.
