DROWNING CASES.
[By Telegrapti—Press Association.] Dunedin, last night. At the inquest on the body of the young woman found drowned in the harbor, the oody was identified by the captain of the Salvation Army as that of Agnes Kinsey, who had been an inmate of the Salvation Army Home some months ago, but had ’one to service in the Occidental Restaurant. The proprietress of the latter failed to identify the body as that of Kinsey. There was nothing to indicate a reason for suicide, and no marks of violence. The jury returned a verdict of found drowned.
At the inquest on the body of James McMahon, a swagger, who was also Downed at the wharf, tho jury returned a verdict of accidental drowning, and the Foreman complimented Martin, an A.B. in the Ruthweil, for his attempt to save jhe man when he fell into the water.
