Serious Allegation.
By Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, last night.
At the Magistrate’s Court to-day a charge against Charles Currie, of having made a false declaration as to his loss by a fire at Taradale on the 25th February, was dismissed, there not being sufficient evidence to establish a prima facie case.
