Fulmen, Canteen, and Cameo also ran. A fine race. Dundas won from end to end, finishing two and a-half lengths in front of Calibre, who was a length in front of Cannie Chiel. Time, 2.38 2-5. Tho weather was fine, and there was a capital attendance and splendid racing to-day. Tho results were : Maiden : Hinetaura 1, Waiwera 2, Velocity 3. Midshipman and Nega were scratched. Won by three lengths, two lengths separating second and third, Time 1.48. Divs., X 4 6s and X 5 3s. Hurdles: Pukana 1, Great Seott 2, Euebaris 3. All started. Won, after a neck and neck race, by a head, Eueharis close up. Time 3.30. Divs., X 4 18s and XI 11s.

Grandstand : Flying Jib 1, Muralo 2, Waitoa 3. Shrapnel Shell and Flanagan were scratched. Won by half-a-leugth. Time 1.44 8-5. Divs., X2 7s and XI 14s.

Cup : Queen’s Guard, 8.10, 1; Rebel, 7.1, 2 ; Van, 7.2, 3. Scratched : Melwood, Wilson, Mooi, and Mourner. Queen’s Guard went out red-hot favorite, and won without tho slightest trouble. Time 2.16 2-5. Divs., X2 8s and X 3 10s.

The amount put through tho totalisator was X 5170, an increase of X 154 over the corresponding meeting of last year.
