Champagne Stakes, 6 furlongs.—Vladimer 1, Wellbec-k 2, Sarchedon 3. Won by four lengths. Time, 1.19 2-0. Div., XT 14s. Dunedin Cup, 11 miles. —Dundas 1, Calibre 2, Carinie Chiel 3. Fulmen, Canteen, and Cameo also ran. A fine race. Dundas won from end to end, finishing two and a-half lengths in front of Calibre, who was a length in front of Cannie Chiel. Time, 2.38 2-5. Div., X 3 17s. Ladies’ Bracelet, 1{ miles.—Dormant 1, Transport 2, Billet Doux 3. Won by a length and a-half. Time, 2.19. Div., X 3 Is. Maiden Plate, 1 mile.—Forward Guard 1, Whirlwind 2, Donna Rosa 3. Eight others started. Won by a short head, after a fiuo race. Time, 1.45 3-5. Divs., Xl2 12s and XI 7s. Publican’s Handicap, six furlongs.— Tsaritza 1, Gold Spur 2, Battlecry 3. Cora Linn also started. Won by two , lengths. Time, 1.16 3-5. Tho weather was fine, and there was a capital attendance and splendid racing to-day. Tho results were : Maiden : Hinetaura 1, Waiwera 2, Velocity 3. Midshipman and Nega were scratched. Won by three lengths, two lengths separating second and third, Time 1.48. Divs., X 4 6s and X 5 3s. Hurdles: Pukana 1, Great Seott 2, Euebaris 3. All started. Won, after a neck and neck race, by a head, Eueharis close up. Time 3.30. Divs., X 4 18s and XI 11s.

Grandstand : Flying Jib 1, Muralo 2, Waitoa 3. Shrapnel Shell and Flanagan were scratched. Won by half-a-leugth. Time 1.44 8-5. Divs., X2 7s and XI 14s.

Cup : Queen’s Guard, 8.10, 1; Rebel, 7.1, 2 ; Van, 7.2, 3. Scratched : Melwood, Wilson, Mooi, and Mourner. Queen’s Guard went out red-hot favorite, and won without tho slightest trouble. Time 2.16 2-5. Divs., X2 8s and X 3 10s.

Flying Hack : Livonia 1, Muralo 2, Turpo 3. Scratched: Black, En Garde, Puritan, Rosette, Weka. Won all the way, half-a-length being between first aud second at the post. Time 1.20 2-5. Divs., X2 and XI 17s. Borough : Rebel 1, Laurdatina 2, Tyrone 8. Scratched : Minerva and Liable. A great race ; won by the barest nose. Time 1.32 1-5. Divs., X 3 18s and X 4 4s. Welter : Ika 1, Borax 2, Aroha 3. Scratched : Pukana, Waiwera. Ika romped home, winning by four lengths. Timo 2.4 45. Divs., X2 and XI 7s. Electric : Jemima 1, Te Taiaha 2, Waituru 3. Scratched : West Guard, Torowai, Laurestina, Rain, Turepo, Rosette. Won by a short neck, Waituru two lengths away third. Time 1.5. Divs., X2 12s and 17s.

The amount put through tho totalisator was X 5170, an increase of X 154 over the corresponding meeting of last year.
