Bergl’s tenders and the undertaking that live and dead meat should he obtained as far as possible from the colonies, lias been published as a Parliamentary paper. The tender states that it is made on behalf of a syndicate, including the Houlder Federal Steamship Company. In the event of its acceptance it guaranteed to establish cold stores in South Africa.
