Colonial Patriotism.

London, Feb. 20. The Scotsman urges the Imperial Parliament to express its earnest appreciation of the pariotism of the colonies, and tendering the Motherland’s thanks, with the assurance that the colonial feeling and opinion is estimated highly, and will exeroise a duo effect on the Imperial polioy.
