Auckland, last night. Sir Joseph Ward left by special train for Northern Wairoa this morning. Soon after arrival at Helensville he went on by special steamer to Aratapu, where he will deliver a political address to-night. Tomorrow Sic Joseph will inquire into the needs Of tho district, and in the evening will address a meeting at Dargaville. He returns to Helensville on Thursday, and will deliver a speech at that township in the evening, afterwards being entertained at a banquet. Sir Joseph comes on to j town on Friday morning,
