Palmerston North, last night.
In, tho balance-sheet for the Palmerston Gas Company for the year ended January 31st, just issued, the directors recommend a divideud of six per cent., absorbing .£1260, also to carry £650 to reserve, increasing this account to £1636 4s 3d, and to carry forward £226 3s 2d. It was decided to reduce the price of gas from March 31st. The annual meeting will be held at Woffington on March 14th.
