WELLINGTON CITY IMPROVEMENTS.
By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, last night. Very little interest waß manifested today in the poll taken by the City Council to onablo consolidation of the tramway, street paving, and town hall loans for flotation on the London market. Four hundred and fifty votes were cast in favor of this being done, and only twenty-six against it.
