REMARKABLE EXPLANATION

Lord Carrington in the House of Lords further criticised the Bergl contracts. Ho complained that the shippers identified with she contract hold largo Argentine interests. He moved for tho production of the contract and papers relating thereto. Tho Standard is not satisfied that an efficient guarantee has been secured to Keep the contractors from taking foreign meat when colonial is available.
