By Telegraph—Press Association—Weight Washington, Feb.’ir, The Anarchist Bill, introduced into tho Senate, provides for sentence of death for attempt on the life of the President or an official in the line of Presidential succession, or for attempts against tho Chief Ruler of other nations. Threats to MIL are punishable by ten years’ imprisonment. It is proposed that the President should be furnished with an armed guard' instead of trusting to the police.
