A BULGARIAN MINISTER ASSASSINATED. ASSASSIN COMMITS SUICIDE, By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sofia, Feb. 6. A Macedonian has assassinated M. Kantcheff, the Bulgarian Miuister of Instruction. The assassin then committed suicide. Later. —The assassin of Kantcheff was a disappointed University professor.
