NELSON JUBILEE.

Nelson, last night.

Excellent weather has been experienced all through the jubilee celebrations, which are being terminated to-day by a regatta aud other amusements. The jubilee celebrations to-day included a regatta and water sports, which were very largely attended. The weather was perfect, though the wind was rather light. The bluejackets from the warships took part in the regatta, and Capt. Falconer exploded a couple of mines with great effect. Later.—Tho jubilee celebrations concluded to-night, when the city was very effectively illuminated, and a long procession took place with the fire brigades, armoured carriage with searohlight and guns, which was very effective. Everything has passed off most successfully.
