Tokio, Fob. 3. Twpnty-ouo Japanese oflicors and soldiors were rescued in tho last stage of exhaustion. New York, Feb. 3.
The Biddells were chased over thirty miles,'many shots being exchanged. Each of tho prisoners was wounded seven times. Mrs Soffol received three wounds before she attempted suicide. Tho Biddells aro both dead.
