Fire at New Plymouth.
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) New Plymouth, last night. A fire broke out this afternoon in ashed at the rear of Braund’s furniture shop, Devon street, in which a quantity of flax and kapok was stored. The brigade soon got the flames under, but the shed was gutted and stock destroyed. There were no insurances. The stock was valued at about £2O, and the building at £25.
