By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Jan. 22. The total wheat and flour afloat for the united Kingdon is 3,200,000 quarters, and nor Continent 940,000 quarters. Shares are unchanged. Copper, spot 48 h three months 48jd ; tin, spot 108.4, three months 105 ; lead, 101 1-16. At the tallow sales 1024 casks were offered, 400 being sold. Fine mutton brought 39s 6d ; other sorts were unchanged.
By Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, last night. Messrs Nelson Bros, have received the following cablegram : “ No improvement in the frozen mutton market. Second quality lamb declined £th penny to-day. Quotations are : Best Canterbury, 3sd Napier. Wellington, and North Island,' 34d : lamb, first quality, 4td; second' 4|d.”
