Wanganui, last night. The weather has completely spolt the holiday. The Caledonian sports have beer) postponed tili Saturday, and the continuation of the play in the cricket match between Wanganui and Manawatu was abandoned, and the game declared a draw.
Wellington, last night.
Owing to the continual rain to-day at Trcntham rifle range, the Wellington Rifles Association’s meeting could not take place.
