Elingainite (Captain AVyllio) arrived from Southern ports on Saturday morning, and proceeded to Auckland and Sydney at 1.15 p.m. Passengers:—Outward : Mcsdames Svenßon, McConnell and 3 childron, Patterson and child, McPherson ; Misses McPherson, Deveroux, Wilkinson ; Messrs Erskino, Hackett (2), Hogan. Potter, Anderson, McLoau, Hooks, Sims, Fletcher, Page, Gunernson, Andrews, Revs. Fathers O’Connor and Mulvihill. The steamer Mouru arrived from Auckland at 2.30 yesterday afternoon. Passengerslnward : Misses Itoeke, Atkins, Manson, Beatty, Turnbull, Rua ; Mes- ’ 'Lots Taylor and child, Paltridge, John..ton, AVilton, Thompson, Turnbull; Messrs Hudson, Bennott, Hodgo, Paltridge, Sharp, Grace, Amess, Kinock, Jacobie, Button, McKay, Cox, and Turnbull. She left in tho evening for Napier and South, the outward passengers being: Misses Hadrill,
Poole, Sawdrill, Granville, Paton, Birch, Ingpen. Mesdames Ingpen and Dixon. Messrs Gibbs, Goudy, Thompson, Leslie, Maxwell, Moleson, Nntusche, Sharp, Edwards, Ingpen, Bennett, Thorstensen, Dixon, Boyles, Franklyn, Wilson, Holdane, Goldsmith. The s.s. Te Anau leaves Wellington at 4 p.m. to-day for Napier and Gisborne. The Omapere leaves Auckland at 5 p.m. to-day for coastal ports and Gisborne. Tho AVarrimoo next week proceeds through to Dunedin and back to Sydney via usual ports, Gisborno and Auckland. Tho AVaikare takes the AVarrimoo’s run in tho Sydney-Cook’s Straits running. The schooner Aotea (Captain Skinner) arrived at Awanui on Saturday morning from Auckland. AVith fair weather the captain expects to work coastal ports and arrive here on AVednesday. She should leave here for coast ports end Auckland on the following Saturday. The schooner Awanui (Captain Nicholas) arrived in the river yesterday morning. UNION STEAMSHIP COMPANY’S MOVEMENTS. AVednesday.—Te Anau arrives from South early, and leaves for Auckland. First launch, 6 a.m.: last 8 a.m. Friday.—Omapere arrives from Auckland and Coast ports, and leaves for Napier.
