BAGDAD RAILWAY.
KOAVEYT NOT TO BE THE TERMINUS. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright London, Jan. 18. Reuter’s Agency states that the Sultan of Turkey has approved of tho Bagdad railway at a cost of 17,000 francs per kilometre. Kowoyt has been abandoned as the Persian Gulf terminus of tho railway owing to political reasons.
