COUNT VON BULOW’S SPEECH.
FATHERLAND INDIVISIBLE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Berlin, Jan. 14. Count Von Bulow, speaking in the Russian Diet, said that the fatherland was indivisible. Ho would uphold the unity of the language as far as possible. The Polish agitation, he said, was fanatical and disloyal. The Government would, he continued, provide means to raise the condition of the German peasantry in the eastern provinces, and promote industry. He intended to add to the garrision.
