ADDINGTON MARKET. , Christchurch, Wednesday. At Addington tho fat cattle, 152, were mostly light-weight heifers and cows. Steers, scarce and in short supply, caused an improved sale at 17s 6d to 24s per 1001 b ; steers £6 10s to £8 10s, hoifers £5 '"Ua to £8 17s 6d, cows £5 to £S 17s 6d. The stores and dairies were a small entry, and little business was done. Fat Shoep About 4000 yarded, mostly owes of poor quality, with some nice lines of freezing wethers. Exporters secured about 800 at 14s to 15s, a few prime to - butchors at up to 16s 3d, unfinished to graziers 13s to 13s 9d, best ewes 14s to 15s 6d, medium 11s 6d to 13s 6d, , 'er-or 8s 9d to 10s, merino wothers 10s Ss 4d. at lambs. —335 yarded, of fair quality. , , vas a better sale, over 2000 being or oxport at 12s 6d to 14s sd, extra up to 15s 3d, unfinished 10s 9d to
