The s.s. Monowai leaves Dunedin on Sunday, January 26, and tho Bluff on Monday, tho 27th, for Hoburt and Molbourno, one day in advance of timetable dates. The schooner Waiapu (Captain Martin) was berthed alongside tho barque Armenia on Saturday, and was engaged transhipping her cargo of wool, this being tho first •“' shipment received aboard tho woolship. . The Tyser Liner Star of New Zealand (Captain. Hart) arrived from London via Auckland on Saturday. Tho s.s. Omapero sheltered in Hick’s Bay all day on Friday from tho northcast galo on the coast. She reached Awanui on Saturday morning, and Tokomaru in tho afternoon, whore she managed to discharge. She was working Waipiro yesterday. The To Anau arrived from Auckland at half-past three yesterday afternoon, and left for the South during tho evening. Passengers:—lnward : Misses Kennedy, Gilmour, and Booson ; Mesdames Matheson, Humphreys and child, Harris, Kelly, Fielder, and Beasloy ; Messrs Skipwith, Holland, Webb, Harris, Flannigan, Teat, Kelly, Partridgo, Banks, Calder, Fielder, Wickham, Maxwell, Fitzpatrick, Beasloy, Harris (2), Brabbington, and two natives. Outward: Misses Lawson, Miller, and Craig; Mesdames Rosie, Bishop and infant, and Yardloy ; Messrs Andrews, Humphreys, McPhee, Neale, Flood, Higgs, Schumacker, Puckle, Pearson, Beaufoy, Wither, Munro, Villers, Shaw, Hawkins, Cault, Mitchell, Erickson, Collins, Walker, Harman, and Wallace. The three-masted schooner Ururoa, now at Sydnoy, proceeds to Newcastle to load coal, under charter to Messrs Earp Bros., for Gisborne. UNION STEAMSHIP COMPANY’S MOVEMENTS.
