The half-yearly summoned meeting of the Star of New Zealand Tent, No. 6,1.0. l !u. was held in the Tent room last evening, Sister Georgeson, Chief Euler, and auditors’ report for the past quartor was presented and rlnnfpd It showed funds as follows . DisS’funeralfund, receipts 4s lid exriudituro 4s lid ; sick fund, receipts £2 2s 2d, expenditure nil ; contingent fund ; five membSha°d been ffihiatod during the auarter, the present membership m being 20, seven half benefit “The 8 Sctiomof officers took place as folffiws : -P a st c Chief £ S’Connor;’ Deputy Ruler Sister K Hickey; Secretary, Sister W. Wallace (re-elected) ; Minute Secretary, Sister C A Nasmith ; Treasurer, Sister M. Dnliei (re-elected) ; Cash Steward, Jister J. McDowell; Book Steward, Sister A. \- Nasmith ; Devite, Sister M. B ' rr V Guardian, Sister E. Birch. The newly elected officers wore then installed.^ In connection with the District Mcctin to be held in Wellington next montn, it was decided that Sister Georgeson, P.C.R., represent the Tent at the meeting.
