The fine weather of Saturday afternoon attracted a large attendance of howlers to the Gisborne green, and several interesting games were played. In the match between tho two representative teams, the play was very even, the score on the twentieth bend being 17 all, each total consisting of four two's, one four, and five singlos. On the twenty-first head, Ponsford’s team scored three points, and won tho game by 20 points to 17.
