River Plate Company.

(By Telegraph—Press Association.) Auckland, last night. The local office of the New Zealand and River Plato Land Mortgage Company has been advised that the directors will recommend at the annual meeting in Loudon on 7th January that a dividend at the rute of 6 per cent, per annum bo paid for tho yoar. An interim dividend of 14 percent, has already been paid, to be deducted therefrom; also that £15,000 be added to the reserve fund and £705 carried forward. The approximate amount of net profit is £32,490.
