Fire at New Plymouth.
By Telegraph—Press Association. New Plymouth, last night. A lire broke out at 3.30 this morning, md completely destroyed the residence of bio late Major Brown at Henui. The Brigade was promptly on the scene, but jould do nothing. The building was uniceupied at the time, though the family mly gave up possession the day before, the property having been bought by Mr Weston D. Thompson. The insurance jffiee affected is the South British, for £2OO.
