The Timc3 says that Now Zealand's offer of a further contingent is a wonderful instance of patriotism in relation to tho colony's population. Tho Times, Standard, and Telegraph applaud Mi- Seddou’s gravo and scathing rebuke of anti-patriots. The fact' of it emanating from the most radical colonial Premier is considered to he significant.
