Sanitation at Napier.

Napier, last night. At a meeting of the Borough Council to-night it was decided to make the abolition of the bell trap (sanitation) system compulsory throughout the borough, and also to make the water closet system compulsory in all new houses, and houses erected during the last 12 months.
