(By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, last night. W. H. Warren, one of the candidates for Caversham seat, addressed the electors to-night, and depite the bad weather, had a full meeting. He practically declared himself independent, and would support the Government only when in the interests of the colony to do it. He is a supporter of technical education. No vote was asked for or passed.
