The following is the result of the Men’s Double Tournament being played at the Club’s Courts : First Bound. Barlow, owes 40, won by default from Seymour, owes 10 ; Garlick, owes 30, beat E. A. Rees, owes 30 ; Watson, owes 4 15, won by default from A. W. Bees, owes 30 ; Craig, scratch, heat Butler, ree. 15 ; Hawley, owes 30, beat Fisher, owes 30 ; Barton, rec. 30, beat Smith, rec. 30 ; Matthews, rec. 4 15, heat Lyttelton, owe 3 4 30 ; W. L. Coleman, owes $ 30, beat Howarth, scratch. Second Bound.

Barlow boat Garlick, Craig beat Wat' son, Barton boat Hawley, and Matthews beat Co’eman. Third Bound. Barlow beat Craig, and Barton beat Matthews. The final between Barlow, owes 40, against Barton, rec. 30, will bo played this afternoon. Entries for the Ladies’ Single Tournament will close early next week with the Secretary, and will be followed by Men's Doubles and Mixed Doubles. It has been decided to start a Status Tournament for men, particulars of which have not yet been arranged. The Championship events, which'are to take place on the 26th and 27th inst., are causing a good deal of interest, and already enquiries have been received both from lady and gentlemen players. The particulars of the meeting will be advertised within the next few days.
