By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright The Hague, Dec. 5. Dutch papers complain that the Prince’s antipathy to Holland and ungovernable passicn for hunting aro causing him to neglect the Queen. He contracted enormous gambling debts, which Queen Wilheltnina declines to pay. There is a persistent rumour that he kicked aa equerry in the stomach, causing him serious injuries.
