By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrigh Sydney, Dec. 6.
Moore, the well-known manufacturer of tennis racquets, went to tho office of Ernest Abigail, solicitor, in Elizabeth street, who was out. Moore was evidentlydissatisfied with the progress of some legal business. It is supposed that he asked Mr Atkinson, the managing clerk, for a return of certain documents, which was refused, in tho absence of the employer. The rapid firing of a revolver followed. A clerk rushed in and found that Atkinson had been shot twice above the abdomen. Moore, after shooting, fired at his own breast and died on the way to the hospital. Mr Atkinson may recover.
