By Telegraph—Pres3 Association—Copyright Sydney, Dee. 4. When the case wherein Carrie Moore, the comedienne, sought to recover 415000 from Ernest \. Tyson for breach of promise was called on to-day, counsel announced that a settlement had been arranged, and the case was struck out. The terms were not disclosed.
