BOMBARDMENT OF COLON PREVENTED.
By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright New York, Nov. 26. An American warship forbade the Columbian gunboat to bombard Colon, and landed marines to guard tho railway. The Government troops of Panama defeated the Liberal forces at Matachin. They are now marching to Colon.
