STORMY DEBATE IN GREEK CHAMBER.
A TRYING SCENE,
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Athens, Nov. 25. A stormy debate has taken place in the Greek Chamber, arising out of the recent rioting at Athens. Members of the Opposition called M. Theotokis an assassin.
Ho declared that he had made every effort to prevent the riots. The troops, he said, fired their ritles into tho air, and relied on their revolvers only.
At this point M. Theotokis burst into tears and fainted.
Confidence in tho Ministry was voted by 109 to 3G, hut M. Theotokis resigned. M. Z.annis, ex-l J rcmier, has formed a Ministry.
