ROWING ASSOCIATION. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, last night. The committee of tho New Zealand Amateur Rowing Association have decided, owing to irregularities in the representation of the number of clubs at the annual meeting, to issue a circular with a view to revising the list of delegates. Home steamers having ceased to call at the Bluff and Port Chalmers for meat cargoes, all tho Southern cheese is now being sent to Wellington for shipment to London. The chcese_ is being graded here. The Taieri and Peninsula Dairy Company has sent to Wellington a large shipment of butter, which is being frozen here before being placod on the Kumara. TREE PLANTING. The prisoners at Waiotapu Valley have planted 47i acres there, and also planted some thousands of nativo trees and shrubs in tho hot springs reserve at Whakarewarewa. There are nearly three-quarters of a million of trees in tho Government nursery at Tapanui fit for planting out.
